Gaëlle Boix is the new Head of Geneva from Egon Zehnder
Zurich / Geneva – Gaëlle Boix will take over responsibility for Egon Zehnder’s Geneva office as Managing Partner on November 1, 2021. She succeeds Marc Erzberger, who has successfully expanded the Geneva branch over the past 6 years and has sustainably strengthened the consulting company’s presence.
Gaëlle Boix has been with the leadership advisory company Egon Zehnder since September 2008. She was elected partner in 2015 as the first woman in Switzerland. SIE is a supporting pillar of the global healthcare division and is responsible for customer relationships with several leading and globally active companies. Egon Zehnder is a Swiss seller and ranks among the top 3 executive search firms worldwide.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Gaëlle Boix was Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company in Geneva, where she specialized in healthcare. Gaëlle Boix was born and raised in Barcelona and has Swiss, French and Spanish citizenship. After completing a bachelor’s degree in physics and a master’s with a doctorate in particle physics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, she worked as a researcher at CERN in Geneva.
