Installed in the new Toulouse Exhibition Center in Aussonne until Monday, 300 producers came to present their best appellations and great wines or cocoa vintages. Divided into two parts, the Show offers visitors to introduce their taste buds to more than 300 different aromatic compounds of chocolate, wines and other local products. The opportunity for them to discover the multiple possible associations between an alcoholic drink and a dish: “We offer a wide variety of chocolate ranges which allow us to advise customers on many possible combinations between products. A sweet wine with a spiced chocolate or a grand cru chocolate with a spicy wine for example “explains Antoine Butori, sales representative for the artisanal chocolate factory Comptoir du Cacao based in the Loiret. In addition to the various tasting events organized, visitors can also participate in the Accord Vins Chocolats workshops on Sunday and Monday, to reveal original and tasty pairings between wines and chocolate.
