Only people vaccinated against covid will be able to see their loved ones, with a negative antigen test not older than one day, with a negative PCR test not older than three days, or a confirmation of the disease in the last 180 days. “Exceptions to the visit ban continue to apply to hospitalized minor patients in the Children’s Hospital and children’s wards, as well as patients with limited discretion, patients in the terminal stage of an incurable disease and third parties in childbirth,” said the management of the Bohunice hospital.
The Bohunice Hospital thus follows the University Hospital at St. Anne’s, which banned visits as early as mid-October. “This is a reaction to the increase in respiratory diseases and patients with Covid-19,” said Dana Lipovská, a spokeswoman for the St. Anne’s Hospital.
