On Monday November 1, 2021, it’s the all saints day, and therefore a public holiday. Here is the list of shops that will remain open, services that will remain accessible, for this last day of the extended weekend in the metropolis of Rouen (Seine-Maritime).

Carrefour Mont-Saint-Aignan: open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Hyper U du Grand-Quevilly: open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Carrefour de Tourville-la-Rivière: open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Barentin shopping center: open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Biocoop de Rouen: open in the morning, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
