“The dance opens tonight. Although the government has given the green light to the dance activity in the clubs from Monday 11 October – says the president of SILB-Fipe of Emilia Romagna, Gianni Indino – the date that sanctions the real reopening of almost all the clubs is tonight , beginning of the long Halloween weekend. The pandemic, which has devastated our sector with over a year of forced closure and has closed more than 10% of companies in the sector positive, however, also leaves us with some aspects. Signs that, if fully grasped, can lead to a new and different interpretation of our work. This long forced stop has meant that some professional figures are no longer considered fundamental. I am referring to the PR people, which in the last twenty years have proliferated and raged, often appropriating our activities by managing them without any business risk. Today we are facing a restart with a great demand, which cannot even be fully satisfied for the capacities set at 50%. Therefore, at the moment there is no need for any intermediary, nor for free gifts often given too easily such as free tickets and lists. All the factors that in the past have led to distortions and narrow business margins, expanding the costs incurred. The novelty of the post-pandemic discos that is starting right now is that all the clubs are adapting to use the on-line ticket office, a method that allows our public to already have all the information on the behaviors to be kept in the clubs, from the need for the Green pass for entry to the distancing, to all the rules contained in the protocols to which we have adhered and which we have signed, including nominal tracking. In order for our sector to take the new roads that are outlined, however, local administrations and law enforcement agencies need to put under the lens all those places and premises that, without having authorizations, our licenses or titles, mimic our business sector illegally, effectively creating enormous economic damage. I believe that this system will end and that illegal and illegal activities must be stopped. Only in this way return to make our most hopes for the future. Enough with illegality and abusiveness: we seize the signals and the opportunities. This is a good time to change ”.
