07/13/2021 J&T Group co-founder Patrik Tkáč will invest in joint investments with entrepreneur Daniel Křetínský in the new J&T Capital Partners holding. The goal of the new holding company based in the Czech Republic is the management and development of all current and future shares in the joint business projects of the Tkáč and Křetínský tandem. The holding has already bought a 44 percent stake in EPH (Energetický a průmyslový holding), which combines the original investments in energy, and will buy additional ownership shares in the coming months, which are now under Tkáč’s control.
