07/13/2021 J&T Group co-founder Patrik Tkáč will invest in joint investments with entrepreneur Daniel Křetínský in the new J&T Capital Partners holding. The goal of the new holding company based in the Czech Republic is the management and development of all current and future shares in the joint business projects of the Tkáč and Křetínský tandem. The holding has already bought a 44 percent stake in EPH (Energetický a průmyslový holding), which combines the original investments in energy, and will buy additional ownership shares in the coming months, which are now under Tkáč’s control. J&T informed ČTK about it today. According to her, the holding will, among other things, buy a 44 percent stake in the parent company of the AC Sparta Praha football club.

12/18/2020 The Slovak financier and one of the founders of the J&T Group, Patrik Tkáč, returned to the shareholder structure of the Energy and Industrial Holding (EPH), which he left in 2017. EPH spokesman Daniel Častvaj told ČTK today. He is currently weaving 44 percent minus one share of the holding.
