Provisional set up: LLB rebuilds office in Vaduz – Liechtenstein
VADUZ clients of the LLB in Vaduz will have to resort to a temporary solution in the coming months. The LLB office is being completely renewed. The reopening of the new customer zone is to take place in May 2022.
The office at the headquarters of the Liechtensteinische Landesbank (LLB) in Vaduz is currently being realigned. The conversion of the office will start on Monday, November 2, 2021, as the LLB announced on Friday. According to the notification, customers can purchase all products and services from the temporary office during the renovation phase.
The comprehensive redesign of the Vaduz branch is being carried out with the aim of offering clients “new advice experiences” at the LLB’s headquarters. “We are concentrating even more on the changing needs of our customers and in the future we will also be able to offer very special experiences at our headquarters as part of our omnichannel strategy”, Urs Müller, Head of the Private and Corporate Customers Division of the LLB Group, is quoted in the press release . Customers in private banking and in the institutional sector would also benefit from the restructuring.
All services available
During the renovation, the LLB will continue to offer its customers all the usual services and products in the temporary office in Vaduz. The entrance is opposite the state parliament building under the arcade arch.
«The opening times for consultation appointments by arrangement have now been extended from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The provisional customer zone is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. », the LLB continues. For the transitional period, during which the 24-hour machine zone is also being renewed, a provisional ATM is available in the inner courtyard, so that the cash supply directly at the head office is guaranteed. “With regard to specific offers, customers are asked to observe the on-site signaling or are customers specifically informed,” says the LLB.
Reopening in May 2022
With the redesign of its headquarters in Vaduz, the LLB will complete the realignment of its branch network in Liechtenstein. The Balzers and Eschen locations have already been redesigned. The construction work at the LLB headquarters will continue beyond the turn of the year. The then completely renewed customer zone is to be reopened in May 2022.
