This is not the first time this 17-year-old boy has attacked his mother. But its violence escalated last Tuesday. It was 3 p.m. in an apartment in the Ramée district of Toulouse when the teenager started hitting his 45-year-old mother for a futile reason, according to a police source.

After kicking and punching him, he threatened to kill. And did so by suffocating her with a pillow, leaving her unconscious. Thinking her dead, he left the home. After recovering to her senses, the mother called the police later that evening.

Arrived on the spot, the police were able to observe the traces of violence on the victim but also in the accommodation. They advised him to lock himself up and to file a complaint the next day. Some time later, she called them back to let them know that her son had come in and locked himself in his room.

Second complaint

The police arrested him and took him into custody. During his hearing, he admitted part of the facts. Her mother, who had six days of ITT, explained when filing a complaint that she was afraid and that this was not the first time she had gone to the police station to report her violence.

The young attacker was brought to justice on Thursday and placed under a committal warrant. He will have to explain himself on November 25 before the children’s judge.
