Responsible for unblocking a sewer in the district of Montaudran, in Toulouse, a worker had made a strange discovery, Monday, October 25, 2021, since he had fallen… on a bone. It was a bovine bone.
The investigation is over
A few days after this find, this Thursday, October 28, 2021, a police source tells Actu Toulouse that “the bone found in the sewers is a bovine bone”. The investigation is therefore terminated.
Monday, the police specified that it was impossible, for the moment, “to say if it is, or not, of human origin”. Multiple analyzes were done within 48 hours of this discovery.
2019 and … 2021
Facts reminiscent of those in August 2019, in Toulouse, when a rhino jawbone 25 million years old had been taken out of the earth in Jean-Jaurès, or even, more recently, the exhumation of dozens of bones, near the Pink City, by an inhabitant who had just destroyed a concrete slab.
