A few hours after the revelation of a single-family house squat in Toulouse, belonging to Georges, 84, an “accelerated eviction procedure” was severe Tuesday evening October 26. The illegitimate occupants had 24 hours to pack up … And this Thursday morning, the police were able to note the release of the premises without it being necessary to evict the occupants.

Since October 19, fifteen people have occupied this accommodation on the road to Launaguet, near the Izards. Marie-Ange Dematis, the owner’s daughter, had sounded the alarm signal in our columns.

This Wednesday, she found that the windows of the house, the gate of which was always closed with a padlock, were closed. In the garden, the furniture and bicycles present the day before had disappeared. The squatters would have left the scene overnight from Tuesday to Wednesday following the injunction of the prefecture, discreetly and smoothly.
