Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 October and Monday 1 November the Palace of the Court turns into a “Amusement Park Bewitched“. For many years the Baba Jaga association has been offering a themed set-up to celebrate Halloween. This year the premises will host a path dedicated to families and children aged 4 to 11 with many sinister and “scary” characters that prove to be overcome.

Sunday 31 October the Bee Fly Restaurant will present the “terrifying” “Halloween dinner”. The day of Halloween will then be characterized by Asinola Km0, scheduled from 10.00 to 18.00: an opportunity to meet small Ligurian and Piedmontese producers directly and experience the moment of shopping in a “slow” key. The long weekend to be experienced in AsinOlla will also continue thereMonday 1 November with the second day of Asinolla Km0: the farmers’ market will bring together small producers and artisans of food with the final consumer. Wellbeing at the table, good food and quality will be the protagonists of this first edition.
At 11.00 “My donkey friend”: meeting and playing with our donkeys. For lunch, gastronomic specialties and Street Food; at 2.00 pm “Open day: discovering the pony and the horse” (trial in the saddle for all levels and all ages); at 3.00 pm demonstration and amateur riding mini-competition. In the afternoon, as always, a snack and chestnut cake for all guests.

With the patronage of the Municipality on 30 and 31 October from 2 pm in the central location Piazza della Vittoria Croce Bianca and AIB Civil Protection will celebrate Halloween with a rich program of initiatives to entertain adults and children, in addition to the traditional roasted chestnuts.
On Saturday the four-legged friends of the canine units of the public assistance and the recreational activities of the AIB will keep the participants company. On Sunday, instead, there is space for disguises to celebrate the Anglo-Saxon party that has become an inevitable goliardic moment also in our country: with music in the background the children’s parade for the most beautiful, the scariest, the funniest and the most original costume.
IN GENOA
Many events organized in Genoa including Ghost tours and workshops for children: it starts from Friday 29 October from the historic center to arrive at the Lanterna on 31 October.
From Friday 29 Sunday 31 October, for the alleys, appointment with the initiatives of the “Long weekend of the Mystery in Genoa – Ghosts of your own countries”. The project, directed by the Municipality of Genoa, Department of the Historic Center and the Major Events Office and Municipality I, sees the participation of the main historical groups of Genoese figures, and of various cultural and associative realities.
Friday 29 October. From 6 pm, four guided tours for the Classic Ghost Tour, with reservations required and for a maximum of 40 people per group (total 160 people). Each participant is equipped with a radio guide system to keep safe distances. A mysterious journey among ancient ghosts, curious legends and many unexpected stories that hide in the alleys of the Superba.
Ghost Kids is scheduled for Saturday 30 October, the children’s Halloween tour in the historic center of Genoa. From 3 pm, five guided tours, with five stages of entertainment for children aged 6 to 13.
The program of Saturday 30 October the witches and the Devil continue with Paganini, in the Representation Hall of Palazzo Tursi. At 6 pm, Tursi comes alive with a multi-voice Recital, with musical choreographies. Free admission subject to availability, with compulsory Green Pass.
In the end, Sunday 31 October, there is the traditional Halloween Ghost Tour in Genoa. From 6.30 pm, ten Ghost Tour visits with animation, through the streets and squares of the historic center. A guided and animated path among ghosts, legends and curious tales that have always been intertwined with the history of the Superba. The tour, meeting at MaddAlive in Vico della Chiesa della Maddalena 20r, is dedicated to over 14s.
On the Halloween weekend the project of the new Sestiere del Molo is called “Sguar (d) i”: Friday 29, Saturday 30, Sunday 31 October, three days of shows, guided tours, workshops, DJ sets, concerts, video projections, gastronomic tours, installations related to the Halloween party, but not only, in many squares of the historic center.
The lion’s share of the Halloween party will be during the “Street Parade” of the Scalzo Theater that with stilts and clowning acrobatics will cross the streets of the Sestiere del Molo with its colors. The 29 October in the evening, Giardini Luzzati will host Universal Serial Brief, event promoted by a representation of PhD students and researchers of Architecture and Design from the Genoese University with a musical DJ set. The Wave organized by Rit Coop will take place on October 30th evening, music and acting that will cross the Sestiere like a bewitched wave of great artistic profile. The October 31st a party open to all local musicians, a great Jam Session, at the Luzzati Gardens.
also there Lantern of Genoa organizes an afternoon dedicated to children and families. Saturday 30 October at 3 pm La Lanterna Cerca casa, fairytale visit for families starting from the walk with themed and masked activities to solve together the mystery of “Rufus, the werewolf of the Lantern”. At the end, families can go up to the first panoramic terrace of the tower. Places are limited and to participate you need to write to [email protected]. Appointment at 3 pm at the escalator inside the Ferry Terminal. Participation fee: 0-3 years free; children up to 6 years € 8; children from 7 years and adults € 12.
Sunday 31 October special guided tour of the Lantern for the last Sunday of the month to discover many curiosities and details on the symbolic monument of Genoa and the context in which it is inserted. To participate in the initiative, meet at 2 pm in front of Palazzo San Giorgio, sea side, Porto Antico.
