eat & style Munich 2021: Favorite products and inspiration for foodies and connoisseurs
Eat & style is the “place to be” for food lovers, amateur cooks, trendsetters and connoisseurs. On November 6th and 7th, 2021, Germany’s popular food event will once again take place in Munich in the Zenith cultural hall. The centerpiece is the rousing theme worlds: From coffee to wine to interior, they show food, drinks and style from completely new perspectives. They make eat & style exciting, colorful and informative.
Delicacies from home, culinary refinements from all over the world and finally personal encounters with foodies and those who want to become one again: eat & style tempts you to taste, discover, enjoy and experience. Extraordinary themed areas invite you to collect unique inspiration in a personal atmosphere, to look over the shoulder of the professionals, to be active yourself and to discover the latest trends. It is not necessary to register in advance for the workshops and tastings; visitors can spontaneously decide what inspires them the most.
Very good!
Fine wines from the region and from all over the world are at the center of the wine & style theme world with the German Wine Institute. Entertaining workshops and tasty tastings Answers like: Which wine is state of the art, how does a Sauvignon Blanc taste or which wine do I serve with fish? Well-known experts: inside chat from the sewing box – or better, from their wine cellar. Knowledge of wine grows with enjoyment!
Coffee, brother?
From show roasting to coffee tasting – in the “CoffeeArea” everything revolves around black gold. Roast master and coffee sommelier Erik Brockholz takes visitors on exciting excursions into the world of coffee. The two-time German vice roasting master and gold medalist of the roaster guild makes the difference between a gentle process and industrial roasting tangible and explains why a perfectly prepared coffee without the commitment of the coffee farmers in the
Cultivation countries would not be possible. Eight types of coffee are sensory when tasting
put to the test. After the beans have been ground, a “taster course” first trains the nose and then the palate can discover the surprising aromas from chocolate to blackberry. Another highlight: The guests can roast their own coffee to enjoy later at home.
It blooms at the table!
Together with the makers of Münchner Blumenmadl’n, the participants conjure up personal and everlasting table decorations made of dried flowers in all colors and shapes. Everyone who wants to make a really extraordinary hanging plant themselves learns that in the Kokedami workshop. Here the flower girls show how to transform a plant into a stylish decoration. Even without a green thumb, everything your own home desires is created here.
“Experience pleasure trends with all your senses – that’s what eat & style makes possible,” explains Lena Semmler, project manager at eat & style. “Exciting workshops and tasty tastings are the focus of our theme worlds. If you are in the mood for impressive inspiration, if you want to look over the shoulder of experts or to be active yourself, you’ve come to the right place. “

The eat & style marketplace becomes a cozy promenade, because a wide variety of exhibitors cavort here.
