Teatro della Pergola, Florence and Teatro Era d Pontedera, new season

Florence, launched the season ticket campaign for the new Pergola-Era season, which sees a total of 23 appointments on the bill, of which 15 at the Teatro della Pergola in Florence and 8 at the Era Theater in Pontedera, and other collateral events for the ‘Paolo Poli saloncino ‘of the Pergola.
It starts on December 28 with the first subscription show at the Pergola with Maria Amelia Monti and Marina Massironi in the comedy ‘Il husband invisibile’. The theater Era, on the other hand, starts on December 4-5 with ‘Io Sarah, io Tosca’ in which Laura Morante is Sarah Bernhardt, the actress to whom Victorien Sardou dedicated La Tosca.

The civil theater will be staged by Stefano Accorsi with the debut of ‘Storia di 1’; by Fabrizio Gifuni in ‘With your mocking silence’, a study on the letters from imprisonment and on the Memorial of Aldo Moro.
Ferzan Ăzpetek then takes his ‘Ferzaneide’ to the theater, a sentimental journey through the story of his memories, and the transposition of the film Loose Mines. The classical theater, on the other hand, is represented by Glauco Mauri and Roberto Sturno with ‘The song of the nightingale’, poems and monologues by Shakespeare; by Monica Guerritore with ‘The good soul’ by Sezuan by Brecht, by Gabriele Lavia with ‘Il berretto a rattle’ by Pirandello.
Elio Germano is responsible for the experimentation of ‘So it is (or it seems to me)’, a virtual reality rewriting of Pirandello’s work, programmed in the ‘Paolo Poli’ lounge.
Among the international artists present in the bill, Bob Wilson and CocoRosie presenting Jungle Book; Emmanuel Demarcy-Mota who directs Pirandello’s Six Personnages En QuĂȘte D’Auteur.
