The Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel, is accused of plagiarism. The former student of the University of Lorraine in Nancy (Meurthe-et-Moselle) would have copied 96% of his thesis of Diploma of in-depth studies (DEA), the equivalent of the master.
