The Ministry of Health notes that 98% of hospitalized covid patients are unvaccinated, and almost 99% of those who died from this disease at the age of 60+ are also not vaccinated.
Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko predicts that in the spring of 2022 there may be no quarantine in Ukraine if the majority of citizens are vaccinated against coronavirus.
During the last week, Lviv region has been setting records for new patients by achievement. Thus, on October 2, 1647 – 1 new years were discovered in Lviv region, and on October 22, 1754. In addition, the color is increasing, the load on the “ambulance” and the hospital is significantly increasing in the region.
In view of this, the State Commission for Energy and Emergency Situations classified the Lviv region as a “red” zone of coronavirus spread. The new restrictions will take effect on October 30.
