We paid great attention to the intervention of the Most Excellent Regency at the opening of the works of this session of the Great and General Council: in particular to the invitation to have the courage to carry out the necessary reforms for the country, abandoning old models and adopting a new vision for the restructuring of the public apparatus, guaranteeing fairness in work and encouraging young people, so that they feel part of a path that is adequate to their expectations and ambitions. TOMORROW – Motus Liberi intends to accept the invitation and continue with its efforts aimed at encouraging the relaunch, restart and growth: our Directors also took the opportunity to emphasize the need to proceed quickly with the simplification and elimination of unnecessary bureaucracy, because citizens and operators are tired of this gear that turns too much. The public administration can be a driving force for relaunch, but for this purpose targeted interventions are needed: the reduction and savings of obligations, while safeguarding the effectiveness of controls, are some tools we are working on to guarantee full support to the Industry, Crafts and Commerce Secretariat. , which is elaborating some proposals in this sense with the fundamental support and contribution of the operators. San Marino has all the credentials to open up to new rapidly growing markets, linked to added value and not to the territorial dimension. With the issuance of the regulation by the Central Bank for the “custody service of virtual assets by banks”, the Delegated Decree ratified in June becomes operational and allows you to play in advance, being among the first countries in the world to normal matter. Now we can turn to the legislation dedicated to the digital identity sector, which already exists in the public sector but which could also be implemented in the private sector. Our Republic would have all the potential to become an important technological hub, even for large companies of the same caliber as those that have already appeared: for example, it is worth mentioning Amazon and Alipay. We have emphasized many times and we take this opportunity to reiterate it strongly: this must be the season and the legislature for reforms. Reforms that must undoubtedly allow the achievement of objectives that are today more essential than ever: sustainability, innovation, relaunch and development.
