The head of the region, Murat Kumpilov, signed a decree, according to which documents were adopted on the passage of vaccination against coronavirus, a certificate of the transferred infection or a PCR test made not earlier than 72 hours in advance. From October 25, QR codes in Adygea are needed to visit libraries, theaters, concert halls, exhibitions, beauty salons, fitness centers, as well as children’s playgrounds in shopping centers.
On October 26, the head of the Ministry of Health Mikhail Murashko listed the Russian regions with the lowest rates of vaccination. The minister announced this to the Coordination Council for Combating Coronavirus Infection under the Russian government. According to the minister, the worst indicators are observed in the North Caucasus Federal District: Kabardino-Balkaria, Ingushetia and Dagestan. Komi, Khabarovsk Territory and Kemerovo Region are also marked in this issue.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health approved the form of the certificate of vaccination against coronavirus and the transferred disease. The certificate form will come into force on November 8. It provides a place for a QR code. In addition, the document indicates the date of vaccination and the place where the vaccination was given.
