The period is definitely not very happy for Princess Charlene of Monaco. Remember that the 43-year-old sovereign is kept away from her children because of a serious ENT infection and repeated operations which weaken her health. Fortunately, it is in South Africa, the country of her childhood, that she is trying to recover as well as possible.

She is in mourning

But this Tuesday, October 26, via her Instagram account, the one who is still very discreet wanted to share her dismay and her immense sorrow after the loss of a being who was very dear to her: her little dog Angel. The doggie is said to have died that night from his injuries. The little dog would indeed have been run over by a car. An unfortunate accident that adds another layer to his grief.

Commenting on a photo posted where we see Charlene of Monaco hugging her pet, the princess wrote this beautiful tribute: “My little Angel died last night, she was crushed. I will miss you so much, rest in peace ” Like her, Albert II, her husband, has always been brought up among dogs and it would not be surprising if to alleviate her grief, he soon offered her a new companion. A dog that also allows him to somewhat fill the absence of his family.

Not long ago, the sovereign claimed to have: “can’t wait to get home to find my children that I miss terribly. I think any mom who’s been her kids for months separated the same as me”.
