Russians abroad. Miranchuk wants to leave, Russian goalkeeper humiliated Mourinho
This week is not as bad as the previous one. But it could have been better.

Last week turned out to be a historically nightmare for Russian footballers – everyone sat down on the bench en masse or did not score points, having not distinguished themselves in any way. This week is not much better, but at least there is something to celebrate, and things are getting better slowly.
Alexey Miranchuk
Atalanta
The main trendsetter of the week is Alexey Miranchuk. While representatives of the other top clubs are either injured or pretend to be footballers, Lesha was still able to break into the field for the first time in a long time. He got his chance in the Champions League against Manchester United – however, this game is unlikely to be recorded as an asset. Firstly, after entering the field of Miranchuk “Atalanta” lost – there is no direct, as well as Lesha’s fault, but the performance turned out so-so. For example, Ruslan Malinovsky, who came out at the same time as Alexei, managed to give a sharp pass and shot on target – Miranchuk cannot boast of that. 12 gears, 76% accuracy, one stroke. So-so.
Already on the weekend, in Italy, Miranchuk got a chance in Serie A against Udinese – and again so-so. The midfielder replaced Josip Ilicic, spent almost half an hour on the field, but again zero strikes, zero sharp passes. As a result – 1: 1 and another loss of points.
Obviously, Miranchuk is not doing well at Atalanta, and he should probably leave the team. This is already almost officially planned – the player’s agent, Vadim Shpinev, recently gave an interview about this: “I think we will discuss the loan in another Italian club by winter. So it goes.
Nikita Khaikin
Bude-Glimt
A great day for Norway, “Bude-Glimt” and Nikita Khaikin happened last week – the team bombed Mourinho. The match took place in the League of Conferences, several hundred Italian fans made their way to the north of Europe in anticipation of light points, but it was a shame – Bude-Glimt defeated Roma 6: 1. Nikita Khaikin was part of this defeat, but unfortunately he was definitely not. The Romans were so mediocre that they struck only two shots on target – and that was enough to score.
Nikita was not surprised at the weekend in Eliteseia either. In the game against Stromsgodset, he also missed, and Buda lost points in a draw – the goalkeeper also has few saves. Haikin is not the hero of last week, but part of the heroic team – but is that bad?
Ilya Zhigulev
Zaglebe L
Handsome of the week – Ilya Zhigulev. Leon Klassen played for all Russian footballers last week, and this week – Zaglembe’s midfielder. In the match against the most opposing club in Poland, “Cracovia”, Zhigulev gave a saving assist to Philip Starzhinsky, and among them became the best player of his team. This combination helped to score points and save the game – it all ended with a 1: 1 score.
Magomed-Shapi Suleimanov
Giresunspor
Magomed-Shapi Suleymanov continues not to lose in Turkey with his “Giresunspor”. Actually, he also continues not to score or give assists – but with each game he is getting closer and closer. At the weekend, in the match against Gaziantep, Shapi remained in reserve, but reached the final half hour – he managed to score with one sharp pass and one scoring chance created. Shots on target did not happen, but we continue to believe.
Yuri Lodygin
PAS Ioannina
Yuri Lodygin in “PAS” started very well – with three matches without defeat and three games, but this is all in the past in the past. Defeat.
Alexander Zhirov
Sandhausen
One of the worst matches in recent years was played by Alexander Zhirov. After the footballer was deprived of the captain’s armband, he plays so-so, and the player completely failed the weekend match against “Werder Bremen”. One tackle for the whole match, a dozen clearances, zero blocked shots. The result of equality of the game – 2: 2, “Sandhausen” continues to fall.
Fedor Kudryashov
Antalyaspor
Fedor Kudryashov continues to drag Antalyaspor on his shoulders. A joke, of course, but in the weekend match he became the club’s best defender. An indicative fact – after Kudryashov was replaced, “Basaksehir” scored the winning goal. And Fedya, by the way, fought well!
Yu. Mikhailov
Schalke
We will conclude the selection with positive news from Russian youth. Yaroslav Mikhailov, rented by Schalke from Zenit, spent 65 minutes against Dresden. “Schalke” moved the guests with a score of 3: 0, Mikhailov did not distinguish himself in any way, and the statistics are average – but the fact itself is entertaining. He was definitely not the worst on the field, which means we wish him good luck and watch him further.
Bonus: didn’t qualify this week
Perhaps this is a temporary heading, and soon it will trample, but so far it does not smell. So here’s a short list of those who didn’t make it to the roster last week. Alexander Golovin recovered from an injury, but is not yet ready to play; Denis Cheryshev just returned from injury and got in a match with “Barsa”, as he immediately got a new one; Alexander Kokorin continues tour of Florence; Leon Klassen stayed at the Tyrol bank for some unknown reason; Andrey Lunevdoes not seem to play a single match for Bayer; Anton Mitryushkin could miss three from “Schalke” Yaroslav Mikhailov, but remained in reserve; Konstantin Raush in disgrace. Who will still get out of the dungeons, write in the comments.
