Sugar Mizzy October 25, 2021

“Far Eastern mortgage”

Any Russian can take advantage of preferential terms under this program, however, it is possible to buy housing only in the Far Eastern Federal District. The rate will be only 2% per annum, but there is many conditions, including age groups. But the age restrictions do not apply to the owners of the Far Eastern hectares.

What’s new?
The program disseminate for secondary housing in single-industry towns, on the territory of the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD). As the necessity explains, it is almost impossible to buy an apartment on the primary market for the majority of single-industry cities of the Far Eastern Federal District, and, therefore, get a cheap housing loan provided for by the program. The decree of October 18 will solve this problem.

This program operates throughout the country. The preferential rate – it remains for the entire term of the mortgage – is subsidized by the state for banks. Initially, the loan was to be issued in the period from April 17, 2020 to July 1, 2021 at a rate of 6.5%. As noted earlier, Chairman of the State Duma Viacheslav Volodin

What’s new?
Resolution On October 18, the government will open the opportunity for lending to citizens wishing to buy or build a private house at a rate of 7%. You can get a cheap loan until the end of the preferential mortgage program – that is, until July 1, 2022.

According to the Government, this will make it possible to issue about 15 thousand loans for the purchase and construction of private houses, and the total amount of loans will exceed 30 billion rubles.

“Family mortgage”

Program operates throughout the country, but there are special conditions in the Far Eastern Federal District. Since January 1, 2018, the second child or subsequent children have been born. The program allows you to get a mortgage loan for the purchase of residential premises at a preferential rate of up to 6% for a period of up to 30 years.

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from April 14 the conditions of the “Family Mortgage” program were expanded.
