Three years after the closure of a brasserie, it is now a restaurant, La Tablée, which occupies the premises. The owners of the establishment only had to pay for the kitchen equipment and furniture.
The assistance of the town and the region, which is up to 400,000 euros, is a significant boost for the owners of the restaurant, who have already had professional experience in Lille (North) before. “The objective was to arrive with something that is not yet done here on the coast, to really work mainly with local products, and producers and suppliers.», Explains Somon de Ramecourt, manager of the restaurant.
