Police officers from the Toulouse Public Transport Surveillance Unit (USTC) arrested a 23-year-old man at the Roseraie metro station in Toulouse on October 21, 2021. He was stealing Tisseo phones and cards.

A method ? Follow travelers until they enter the metro, and steal their phones and Tisséo cards when the train closes its doors. As a result, the victims are stuck inside, while the individual can escape.
