The Caravaning Brno exhibition attracted over 18,000 visitors to the Brno Exhibition Center
Caravaning Brno 2021 took place for the first time independently, without the traditional connection with other fairs Go and Regiontour, which Trade Fairs Brno canceled in agreement with the exhibitors. PR and advertising manager Dita Brančíková stated that it has been confirmed that caravanning in the Czech Republic is experiencing a huge boom. “At the same time, it turned out that this field cannot work only online, because people need to compare the offer live and consult on the selection with experts who will meet everyone in one place at the Caravaning Brno exhibition,” said Brančíková.
The largest area this year was occupied by motorhomes of all brands already known on the Czech market, as well as some of the premier ones. The offer ranged from models of practical “road boats” through variable to flexible cars with landscaping. There were also model novelties for the year 202. At the exhibition, almost all major companies engaged in the sale of motor homes, caravans, mini-caravans and accessories.
According to Brančíková, there was also considerable interest in built-ins, roof tents and other alternative solutions, which were introduced more widely this year. The exhibition also included scooters, folding bikes and scooters, both classic and electrically powered, boats and other equipment for sports activities that belong to modern caravanning.
The next year of the Caravaning Brno exhibition will take place from 3 to 6 November 2022, again together with the Go and Regiontour tourism fairs. “It is a logical connection that will benefit from synergy effects. Both of these related events have the potential to attract a large number of visitors interested in traveling, “said project director Petr Maliňák.
