Luxembourg is in Dubai. On the occasion of the Universal Exhibition, the Luxembourg economic mission arrived in the United Arab Emirates. On site, Luxembourg is presented under five aspects: diversity, connectivity, sustainability, entrepreneurship and beauty. The exhibition provides general information on the country, but also on the different sectors of the economy, with a section devoted to the development of the space sector.
Japan in 2025
With the support of several partners (Chamber of Commerce, POST Luxembourg, SES) and private sector companies (ArcelorMittal, Cargolux, RAK, Guardian Glass, MCM Luxembourg and Schroeder Joailliers), Luxembourg intends to affirm “its willingness to move forward. “Before by focusing on sustainable growth, while respecting natural resources,” says Franz Fayot.
During the afternoon, a visit to pavilions from other countries at the Expo 2020 Dubai site was on the program. The delegation notably visited the Emirati, Japanese and Canadian pavilions. Japan will also host the next Universal Exhibition in 2025 organized in Osaka, in which Luxembourg has already confirmed its participation.
