Kraków: laureate of the Elżbieta Łapczyńska Conrad Award for the best literary debut

Elżbieta Łapczyńska (born 1987) is a philosopher by education. From birth, he has lived and worked in Krakow’s Nowa Huta. “Bestiary nowohucki”, a surreal novel about Nowa Huta of the 1950s, is her book debut, the result in 2020 by Biuro Literackie.
