Currently, the development of a prototype of a system that allows you to quickly catch the intruder and send a signal to the appropriate authorities or those responsible for security, informs RT with reference to the press service of the NTI Platform.

The new software will become part of the existing video analytics system. The latter, using machine vision in real time, the appearance of people in certain readings, tracks their behavior and movement.

As explained in Mullenom Systems, to identify offenders planned at enterprises where industrial safety control is required, as well as within the smart city system, in parks, train stations and other points where the current legislation prohibits smoking.

The development involves students of Russian universities who are already taking part in the design and educational intensives of the NTI University “20.35”. They have to create the very search for the fact of smoking.

Last week, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova instructed the Ministry of Health to work out the issue of testing schoolchildren for smoking as part of medical examinations. It is about including research on the use of nicotine-containing products.
