The descendants of Western interventionists in Russia were encouraged to study history: Society: Russia: Lenta.ru
Western countries in the past planned to invade Russia. This statement was made by the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) of Russia, Sergei Naryshkin, quoted by RIA News…
Speaking in Dmitrov at the awards ceremony for the winners of the All-Russian competition of local historians working with youth, Naryshkin noted that the Dmitrov land remembers both the Polish and Napoleonic invaders, as well as the iko-fascist invaders. “And we all remember this, but does the current generation of a part of Western politicians remember what was the fate of their distant and very close ancestors who tried to enter Russian land with arms in hand?” – asked the director of the SVR.
Continuing his thought, he called on the descendants of the interventionists to teach the “real”, without embellishment and falsifications. When addressing the teaching of language literacy, he uses language knowledge. “As the sky is reflected in a drop of rain, the fate of our Motherland is also reflected in the history of an individual city, village, village,” concluded Naryshkin.
Earlier, Naryshkin expressed the opinion that school history teachers should not close their eyes to the frequent attempts to rehabilitate Nazism in some countries of Eastern Europe. In his opinion, teachers helped to resist this.
