Espaces Atypiques claims to be the leading network of agencies specializing in atypical properties (lofts, artist studios, barges or even old ones to renovate …).
This year, the real estate network specializing in atypical properties continues to strengthen its network on the national territory. Present for four years in the Burgundy – Franche-Comté region, the Espaces Atypiques network is opening a new agency in Dijon.
An establishment in the heart of the city center
Located at 9 rue du Château, Espaces Atypiques is located on the ground floor of one of the most beautiful buildings in the city. In an Art Nouveau style, this building was designed by the French architect Louis Perreau. From this prestigious address, the Dijon team covers the entire Côte d’Or department, unearthing unique products such as mansions, spacious apartments in the city center, a revisited barn and even a former priory.
A geographical location and a market that increasingly dresses
Dijon benefits from its geographical location 1h30 from Paris and Lyon by train and close to Switzerland. It is a city on a human scale where access to property is still realistic: “The average purchase budget is € 550,000 for an area of approximately 160m2” explains Florent Guilloux, director of the Espaces Atypiques agency. Dijon. A growing notoriety for this city and this region since the start of the pandemic, less popular than its neighbors to the west and the south: “We appreciated the envy of Parisians or other inhabitants of the large cities of France to” going green “with larger living space” confirms Florent Guilloux, “and we observe 65% of buyers looking for a main residence, with a preference for properties with an exterior”.
This unprecedented attraction for Dijon and its surroundings also has consequences: “We are in a shortage of goods, we have more buyers than sellers” admits Florent Guilloux, “a large majority of our goods are sold before being sold. on the market thanks to a file of acquiring customers who are the first to come to make the visits ”. This is why, to strengthen its team and respond to the many requests, the agency is looking for 1 to 2 people by the end of the year.
Florent Guilloux, a passion for architecture since childhood
Creative and lover of habitat since his childhood, Florent Guilloux was already drawing plans, suggesting his ability to project himself into the development of large spaces. Burgundian by roots and heart, he followed an artistic training then commercial before making his debut in large sports distribution then in convenience stores. Entrepreneur at heart, his meeting with Julien Haussy and the Espaces Atypiques network is a real crush.
