The event has two purposes: to stigmatize the current situation, which causes frequent inefficiencies, and, at the same time, maximum solidarity with workers and post office employees who are forced, every day, to cope with an overload of their workload. which also leads to episodes of user tension. The reduced opening of the offices involves, during the opening hours, long queues and “interminable” waits almost every day from Monday to Saturday. Among the major inconveniences that are also reported elderly people forced to wait a long time outdoors, even with wind and rain, their turn in the queue outside for contingent access due to Covid. In this way, withdrawing their pension for many elderly people can become a business. And it is also very worrying that the situation may worsen over the weeks, moving towards the season of winter rigors.
