Justices of the peace. The Kukiz people are rubbing their hands, but Solidarity Poland may become a perch

Sugar Mizzy October 22, 2021

Justices of the peace to one of Paweł Kukiz’s flagship projects, which from the beginning of his activity has been exchanged with one tool with referendum issues or single-member constituencies. It turns out that Kukiz was not so close to implementing one of these postulates.

It is an agreement that the leader of the formation has established with Law and Justice, and above all, it is concurrent with the Presidential Palace. Already in April, the presidential team for justices of the peace, headed by prof. Piotr Kruszyński. The six-month work was created by entire teams, because during the week there can be a conference between the team and prof. Kruszyński, and at the turn of October and November the draft is to be submitted to the parliament.

For half a year now, justices of the peace have been criticizing Solidarity Poland instead. On March 18, the Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro said that in 2019 his resort will still have such a project. Interestingly, it is very similar to the one that is being pushed by the Kukiz community today. There is, however, one fundamental difference. Already at the March conference, Zbigniew Ziobro emphasized that it was impossible to introduce peace without changing the constitution.

– Let us summarize our position so far that the rational introduction of new courts, i.e. the magistrates’ courts and election judges, of the relevant changes. Court cases aimed at solving problems related to problems and problem solutions concern solving the problem and solving problems related to Sebastian Kaleta’s problems.

On the other hand, the unpretentious sins of the Solidarity politician argue that the idea of justices of the peace, an ordinary act, is completely wrong. Their use will be aimed, it will be on purpose, visual effect, use effect, use effect. Until recently, that if it had happened recently, it would have undergone a new project.

Jarosław Sachajko, a representative of Kukiz’15, is moved by this position of Solidarna Polska.

– When I worked in the prosecutor’s office, it was joked that you can not use a helmet on the side, but the Chinese are trying all the time – smiles Sachajko.

– I do not know if it is impossible to introduce justices of the peace without changing the constitution. Prof. Kruszyński says that it is possible and the bill is prepared. With all the knowledge and achievements of Minister Ziobro so far, but I trust more what is happening in the Presidential Palace – replies MP Kukiz’15.

The Presidential Palace, on the other hand, is ready to present the effects of six-month work. What will be included in the project of the system of probes in the room for the Polish judiciary? These judges would take charge of both main civil and criminal cases, where the value of the dispute or property does not exceed PLN 10,000. zloty. They would function next to or within district courts, because it is these courts that would relieve the burden.

– It has for the proceeding of the proceedings. To move from one of the two main problems of the judiciary, which is excessive length, told PAP Presidential Minister Paweł Mucha.

  • Patryk Jaki: Donald Tusk is a German man and they do everything to be confirmed

Judges would be a tool acquired through education, but they had to be satisfied with the choice of formal choice – the idea was to gain experience,

Importantly, the project of peace settlements is not created by the so-called the second part of the reform of the judiciary mentioned by Minister Ziobro and his environment. In the face of Solidarity Poland’s opposition, the justices of the peace are somewhat opposed to the administration, which has long been waiting for the green light. While still appearing in the starting blocks, one paradoxically one of the newest solutions in law and its suppliers to put more field into implementation.

Let us recall that the anti-corruption law forced by Kukiz’15 was recently passed by the Seym, and any day it will receive a bill on justices of the peace. Kuki are also very real, e.g. the act on health protection, the statutory act, or the act improving the plans of people with disabilities. The idea of changing the Sejm electoral law, which would interfere with single-member elections, is also still open.
