Salzburg will rush ahead with 2.5 G duty
Sooner or later the country will only accept PCR tests – the only open question is when. First, the gurgle tests will be rolled out on October 27th.

“We have to do something.” Governor Wilfried Haslauer (ÖVP) announced further steps to contain the corona pandemic at the presentation of the PCR gargle tests on Thursday. The health authorities reported 430 new infections compared to the previous day alone. The seven-day incidence rose from 255 to 313 new infections per 100,000 inhabitants. The number of hospital patients rose from 56 to 64 within one day, 14 of whom were in an intensive care unit. The traffic light commission therefore continues to set the risk of infection in Salzburg as “very high” on Thursday. There is a need for action. …
