Expansion of psychotherapy: Salzburg quickly fails to use
Salzburg is a model state for therapy at the expense of the health insurance fund. Now the rest of Austria is being raised to the Salzburg level with 300,000 additional hours.
There is good news for people who need psychotherapy: The Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) is accelerating its plans to expand therapy to health insurance costs: by the end of 2022, 300,000 additional hours are to be available for insured persons across Austria.
