Attempted homicide in Haute-Savoie: three Puydômois indicted and imprisoned
There was no return trip to the Puy-de-Dôme for the three men arrested on Monday, in a traveler’s camp, Chemin du Petit Gandaillat, in Clermont-Ferrand, and then taken to the premises of the Annemasse gendarmerie, in Haute-Savoie.
At the end of their police custody, Christophe L., Christophe Junior L. and Noël L., members of the same family, were indicted for attempted homicide, violation of the legislation on weapons and placed in pre-trial detention.
A fourth suspect
The two women arrested with them were left free.
A fourth man, arrested in Haute-Savoie in connection with the same case, is also indicted. He was placed under judicial supervision.

The charges against the three suspects date back to June 20. That day, around two o’clock in the morning, in Archamps, a town in Haute-Savoie near the Franco-Geneva border, a man in his fifties was seriously injured by a discharge of 12-gauge pellets fired from a car.
The seriously injured victim
The victim was transported to the Annecy hospital center in serious condition. The perpetrator (s) have fled. After four months of investigation, by the Annemasse research brigade, there are still many gray areas to be clarified around this violence.

According to the Annecy prosecutor’s office, the three indicted Puydômois fiercely deny the facts. And the victim, a Haut-Savoyard who is not part of the community of Travelers, would have been little talkative. In addition, the weapon was not found.
They would have attended a party
The investigations made it possible to establish that all were participating in the same party, organized by an association, that evening. “My clients are suspected of being avenged because there would have been a first scene, during this evening, during which they would have been victims”, indicated Master Ronald Gallo, lawyer of the three Puydômois.

One of the Clermont suspects is already known to the courts, in particular for acts of violence.
Monday, at dawn, the arrest of this family gave rise to an important gendarmerie device. More than one hundred soldiers, from different units of Puy-de-Dôme and Haute-Savoie, were deployed. This vast operation took place without incident.
