To date, more than 40 tour operators (generalists, sports, educational, linguistic, groupists, etc.) as well as their distribution network, travel agencies, but also ski resorts, holiday villages, works councils, pure players , or coach operators, entrust us with the protection of their customers and employees, as well as the proper management of their compensation files and their contracts.

Job description :

– Do you have experience in tourism, do you have an excellent sense of interpersonal skills and are endowed with great rigor and methodology?
– Do you want to contribute to Customer satisfaction and the economic performance of our company by examining insurance files?

Your missions

• Administrative management of files
– Reception of incoming mail
– Opening and monitoring of insurance files
– Constitution of insurance files
– Classification and archiving
– Compliance with commercial consignments
– Analysis and conclusion of insurance files
– Compensation for insurance files

• Hotline
– Telephone reception and telephone information for customers on insurance files and insurance contract guarantees

Required profile :

– You must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the Tourism sector.
– Personal skills required Stress management / Customer awareness / Telephone fluency
– Dynamism / Team spirit Price of initiative / Strength of proposal / Pro activity Rigor / Sense of organization / Autonomy

Remuneration

– Fixed salary of € 1,900.00 gross
– Benefits Restaurant vouchers, mutual insurance fully covered by Assurinco, provident fund, works council
