Samuel Dassa, co-founder of WeMet has just won the Entrepreneur’s Trophy rewarded at the Serviciz trade fair organized at the Stade Toulousain. The start-up has developed and markets the first connected business card on the French market to use NFC (contactless) or QR code technology.

Called WeCard, it has attracted more than 500 companies since
its creation in November 2020, including Pierre Fabre, ASF Vinci Autoroute and Total. In total more than 4000 cards have been created. In 2022, WeMet aims to double its turnover, in particular by opening an office in Paris to speed up marketing. The start-up is also preparing a fundraiser which is due to begin in 2022, to finance export operations to North America where thousands of trade shows take place each year, which are opportunities to promote the We Card.
