Open letter to Moudenc
This book is also an opportunity for the Saint-Michel neighborhood committee to launch a public appeal, via an open letter to Jean-Luc Moudenc, to demand that Toulouse Métropole finally buy the former prison in order to build the auditorium there. of music promised during two municipal campaigns by the mayor.
