The Secretary of State for Industry Fabio Righi spoke this morning at the FLIA-CDLS Congress
The Secretary of State for Industry, Handicraft and Commerce Fabio Righi spoke this morning at the 14th Congress of the Federation of Industry and Handicraft of the CDLS. At the Federation meeting chaired by Giorgio Felici and attended by managers and representatives of ANIS, UNAS, OSLA and all the trade unions, the main theme that has been developed is that of innovation. The Secretary of State for Industry Fabio Righi touched on several points in his speech, specifying how the title given to the FLIA-CDLS Congress is perfectly in focus, transformation and innovation are the key to a tomorrow that does not wait and cannot wait. “It is necessary to work in order not to stop in front of the obstacles of our time by adapting, with efforts, even double if necessary, in order not to miss any opportunity. We cannot forget the problems of our country, we cannot forget that, unfortunately, we will not have the same aid as other countries and that our situation was already compromised by the arrival of the pandemic but we cannot forget that our economy is alive and well. the numbers say it. In several contexts a shared and coordinated development project is required and this, the Secretary recalls, was exactly the spirit of the project, those objectives of transformation and innovation that the system needs. One that, however, someone did not want to understand from politics we do not project anything different but from the categories, which contributed to the first draft and have played a leading role in its developments, he was referring to the secretary, one would have expected a more incisive support but nothing can be considered lost if we keep in mind the contents of that project and the development path that was drawn with different brushstrokes but coordinated by the country system. To fully accommodate the need to innovate and serve a clear multi-year vision to decide how and on what to innovate, we can understand that our Republic must take important steps forward but reforms cannot aim downwards, at least or for survival, are real reforms that do not contemplate policies of cuts but policies of development and revitalization. We will now work to attract international companies and investors, both to protect the existing economic fabric that is filled with large international companies and investors, and to ensure new opportunities for businesses. There are two lines that the secretariat will propose to the forward government: simplification, strengthening in innovative sectors and internationalization. The simplification aims at eliminating the reins for companies that want to invest, not neglecting a more substantial policy of control but avoiding that they become unjustified. Simplification is support for innovation and quality. Internationalization is the opening of structured channels with areas of the world that may be interested in the strategic position and position levers of San Marino. All this can only be achieved if you have the ability to dialogue, to create a system, to rediscover the value of working together for a single goal, without forgetting how much the human factor, if honest, serious and passionate, can play a decisive role: ” economics can tell us everything about our country but they cannot tell us if what we are working for can make us proud to be citizens of this country. We rediscover this, we make the first and only transformation that is really needed, that of minds and people and we will be in able to give a perspective to our Republic “.
