Jamil Sadegholvaad has formalized the new council
A little more than two weeks after the vote, the mayor of Rimini Jamil Sadegholvaad has formalized the new council. Three confirmations from the past came. “A team full of experience but also of renewal,” he said on the sidelines. The youngest councilor is Francesca Mattei, 23 years old, who graduates in a few days. For her, the new delegation to agriculture has been cut out “which means, in a large seaside reality like Rimini, often very concentrated on the sand, great attention also towards the rural world”, said the mayor.
The deputy mayor is Chiara Bellini. Sadegholvaad keeps for himself the delegations to Tourism and Culture, “two key sectors for the city for the next few years” in post-Covid development and in the sign of continuity with the previous Gnassi council of which it was part. “I take up the baton of an extraordinary mayor“, said his successor. Among the first acts chosen by the mayor, theextension of car parks, the establishment of groups to intercept Pnrr resources, the digitization, the establishment of public reception hours of mayor and councilors.
