An exhibition organized by the Debrecen Cultural Center and Youth House (DEMKI) will open at the Kölcsey Center on Wednesday, October 20, from 5 p.m. The theme of the exhibition is freedom and its celebration, commemorating the day of the 1956 Revolution and the War of Independence, October 23rd. Dr. dr. István Puskás, Deputy Mayor of Debrecen. The exhibition will be opened by Csilla Kiss Papp, Deputy Director of the Medgyessy Ferenc High School, Art Vocational High School and Technical School. Ilona Csilla Tóth will contribute.
The event can be attended with a security card or a mask!
The exhibition will be open until November 8 during the opening hours of the Kölcsey Center from 10 am to 6 pm daily and at 7 pm for evening events.
On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the 1956 revolution, the DEMKI Debrecen Cultural Center and the Youth House, together with DKV Zrt., Will launch special revolutionary tram services on Friday, October 22. The memorial service commemorates the heroes of the revolution with a variety of musical and prose performances. The flight departs from the Grand Station and makes three rounds in the afternoon, which are free of charge.
