San Marino Hospital covid free returns
In the state hospital of San Marino there is no longer a covid patient, as had happened the last few times last April. There are currently 17 active positives, down from the previous week, but they are all followed at home. No new cases have been recorded in the past 24 hours. This is what emerges from the update of COVID-19 infections and the progress of the vaccination campaign recorded in the last week from 11 to 17 October by the ISS, with data updated at midnight yesterday, 17 October 2021.
The total number of infected people identified since the beginning of the pandemic until midnight yesterday is 5,475 of which: 17 active positives (average age 63 years, 7 females and 10 males), 91 deaths and 5,367 recoveries.
There are no people admitted to the hospital, while there are 17 people in isolation followed at home.
It turns out a person in home quarantine.
The total swabs performed are 81,542, of which 25,813 on individuals.

AntiCOVID vaccination campaign
The total number of vaccinations carried out yesterday is 47,378 of which 22,763 people vaccinated with the first dose and 24,615 with the second dose or with the single dose.
51.6% of the vaccinated are female and 48.4% are male.
81.41% of the vaccinable population completed the immunization cycle.
Specifically, 18,974 first doses, 18,670 second doses and 1,317 single doses with Sputnik V vaccine and 3,789 first doses, 3,591 second doses, 1,037 single doses with Comirnaty vaccine (Pfizer / BioNTech).
Tourist vaccinations (ended September 30): 2,342 administrations.
