The court in Slovakia will soon start hearing the case of the mysterious disappearance of Jana Svobodová, a Prague businessman. Her latest photo is from the toll gate on the D8 motorway. Then apparently no one but the killers saw her. She has been missing for more than six years. According to the police, two recidivists from Slovakia are to blame. The woman was to be killed in an attempted robbery.

Lubomír Behan and Marek Potoček. It is they who will be responsible for the disappearance of Jana Svobodová. “The indictment of two accused persons was delivered to the District Court in Trnava. The court has already ordered the date of the main hearing in the case to be 16 November,” said court spokeswoman Jana Kondárková.

It was written on June 15, 2015. The executive director of the marketing company then left her company’s headquarters in Holešovice, Prague. Her loved ones have not seen her since.

The woman behind the wheel was caught by a camera at the toll gate on the D8 motorway. A little later, two men drove back to Prague in her car. Probably Potoček with Behan. They say we want to steal Svoboda’s car. A witness they were supposed to confide in told the Slovak police. According to him, they hit the woman in the head and wanted to throw her out somewhere along the way. But she started talking, so she was strangled by her seat belt. The body was then buried.

Men face life sentences. This is despite the fact that the police lack the most essential evidence, which is the body of the victim. Jana Svobodová still appears in the database of missing persons.

The police searched in a number of places, for example in the vicinity of Antonínova Dol in the Jihlava region. This is where she specifically located the signal from Jana Svobodová’s phone for the last time. But they found nothing and the suspects do not cooperate.
