Earlier, Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi said that she protested over the visit of Russian Deputy Prime Ministers Dmitry Grigorenko and Marat Khusnullin to Iturup Island.
The working trip of Khusnullin and Grigorenko to the Far East became known on October 12. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers clarified that the Deputy Prime Ministers intend to check the execution of the orders of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
