In particular, suggest limiting the maximum speed of movement to 25 kilograms, as well as limiting the mileage by mass for scooters that have the right to be combined with pedestrians – no more than 35 kilograms.

In addition, after children under seven years of age can ride bicycles and SIMs, only on sidewalks, walking and cycling paths, as well as in pedestrian areas, and accompanied.

Persons over 14 years old are offered to be allowed to move on the side of roads or on the right edge of the carriageway, but only if there are no sidewalks and footpaths nearby, as well as when the speed is limited to 60 kilometers per hour.

In addition, citizens traveling in SIM are prohibited from overtaking or bypassing vehicles on the left side, and drivers of electric scooters and other individual mobility must be guided by the signals of the traffic controller for pedestrians.

Earlier it became known that the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia have developed amendments to the rules of the road (SDA), first announced by means of individual mobility (SIM).
