the government line is not paying, subjects in our house “
We were able to learn about the extension of the green pass initially only from the media, only in the afternoon, and not from our government. We believe that declaring, as Beccari did, that “today’s (yesterday ed) is a further confirmation that active relations and collaborations with the Italian state” is a real mockery for the San Marino citizens. The truth is that there is little to celebrate for the green light for this umpteenth extension until December 31st. This is the usual content, a buffer – we will excuse the pun – for a situation that has not yet been definitively resolved, despite the reassurances of the eve and the usual souvenir photos (this time alone and without the “friends” of Rom). Not to mention the fact that it was reduced to the very last moment thus creating a lot of inconvenience and difficulties for all our compatriots. It does not end here. We read with amazement that according to Foreign Affairs “in these hours it is always necessary to keep the vaccination card and certificate with you and to print the joint statement issued yesterday by the Foreign and Health Secretariat with the announcement of the extension, together with journalistic articles of the last hours”. Do you realize? San Marino people should photocopy press articles and present those in case of checks! So much for the “definitive solution” promised by the government! This would be enough to define the Ciavatta-Beccari duo as real amateurs in disarray who should change jobs. It is clear that the line of our Executive is absolutely not paying off. We are literally subjects in our house and reduced to running around with press releases! This is humiliating and unacceptable! In light of this, we expect enormous problems in the coming days and weeks. And someone has to take political responsibility for it. It is imperative that geopolitics be left out when it comes to health and Sputnik is proving to be a reliable drug. Perhaps less smiles and pleasantries and the ability to set up diplomatic relations with a dignified and competent approach would be needed. But can you see Beccari and Ciavatta in this role? Other than “expressing great satisfaction for the resolution of this case” as Ciavatta triumphantly states: it is rather the umpteenth disaster struck by our Secretary of Health (in competition with his worthy colleague) because it leaves students, workers, everyone, in complete uncertainty.
