Serie C, the results of group B: Reggiana, Ancona Matelica, Siena, Pescara
The Emilians, despite the 0-0 in Grosseto, remain at the top of the group B. Carrarese and Lucchese triumph in the Tuscan derbies. Draw of Cesena
On Saturday dedicated entirely to group B, partial braking of the first two of the class to the advantage of those who chase. In Grosseto a 0-0 without too many emotions stops Reggiana’s streak of consecutive victories, which in any case remains unbeaten and on Tuesday midweek will meet Rosafio again (the appeal for the reduction of the disqualification accepted). An important comeback given that at the Mapei Stadium there will be a clash at the top with Ancona Matelica, who regained second place by redeeming the knockout of seven days ago at Manuzzi.
The results

For Cesena, overtaken, 1-1 on the field of Vis Pesaro: Bortolussi (with the third goal in a row) in the first half, then the reply on a penalty by De Respinis and the opportunity for the external success failed in the final by Ardizzone. Rolfini’s double from the spot (on the second direct red penalty for Dutu) blows up the almost 2600 spectators at the Del Conero stadium, where Ancona has always won since the beginning of the season. Another penalty awarded Siena against Entella: in the 80th minute, Paroni initially rejected Lores Varela’s shot from eleven meters, but the Uruguayan reaffirms the goal. Fourth place for Alberto Gilardino’s team, on par with Pescara who hadn’t won for four rounds and unlocked (2-1) against Fermana: blue-white advantage with Ferrari from the spot, at the beginning of the second half, back and forth with the doubling of De Marchi and Nepi – another penalty – which he shortened. Gaetano Auteri breathes a sigh of relief as does Attilio Tesser, also here in view of a super Pescara-Modena in the midweek. Meanwhile, at Braglia, the Emilians liquidate 2-0 the last Viterbese in the class, who has not changed pace even with the new coach Raffaele: Bonfanti and Mosti scored in the second half (on a penalty, after Tremolada had failed in the first half another). Two Tuscan derbies: Totò Di Natale’s Carrarese passes in full recovery to Pistoiese (1-0, third center of the season for the young Energe), a spectacular 2-3 success for Lucchese (brace from former Semprini) in Pontedera on a a field that had remained undefeated in this start of the season. Olbia also slips into the house, 0-2 with Imolese signed first by goals from Angeli and Benedetti (both in the first half) then by the saves of Melgrati. A point apiece between Teramo and Gubbio, 1-1 with the guest draw arrived outnumbered.
