no truce until the next one
PRE-MATCH. OL begin a series of 6 matches in 23 days against Monaco until the next international break. And with only beautiful posters.
> OL-Monaco, this Saturday at 9:00 p.m. (live on Prime Video)
Stake. Monaco, Sparta Prague, Nice, Lens, Sparta Prague, Rennes: this is OL’s program until November 7. The Europa League could make it possible to manage a little (even if the duel with the Czechs will be an opportunity to take a huge step towards first place, which makes it possible to avoid two games later in the season), but Ligue 1 does not allow release.
OL will only face clubs with which they should be fighting for Europe until the end of the season. After 9 days of this one, the Lyon club is at a disappointing 10th place but far from definitive: the podium is 3 points, fifth place only 1 point. Enough to make this busy program even more exciting.
The OL group: Pollersbeck, Bonnevie, M. Barcola – Boateng, D. Da Silva, Denayer, Diomandé, Dubois, Gusto, Emerson, Henrique, Lukeba – Aouar, Caqueret, Guimaraes, Keita, Paqueta, Shaqiri, Mendes – Cherki, Kadewere, Toko-Ekambi.
Compo. Anthony Lopes, who sacrificed himself for the sake of Sainté, will be replaced by Julian Pollersbeck.
The real puzzle therefore concerns the point: Islam Slimani left injured in the selection, scored goals there, and came back injured; Lucas Paqueta arrives at Part-Dieu at 8:15 pm via Rhônexpress and hopes to be there for the kick-off depending on the frequency of the shuttle to the Parc OL; Tino Kadewere may still be a bit short, unless his presence at the press conference is a sign.
Two options therefore seem to be the most likely: Karl Toko Ekambi who refocuses, or Rayan Cherki in front so as not to touch the midfield.
The probable composition of OL: Lopes – Dubois, Boateng, Denayer, Emerson – Caqueret, Guimaraes – Shaqiri, Aouar, Toko Ekambi – Cherki.

The prono of the editorial. We are having a hard time predicting this match, and we will therefore probably start with a draw. Xherdan Shaqiri quickly opens the scoring, on a curled shot while transplanting (there, this is the easiest part of the forecast) (1-0, 12th), then Monaco takes control of the match and manages to equalize via a beautiful sequence by Wissam Ben Yedder (1-1, 67th). Before the two teams only manage to score a point against a direct opponent, being a little plucked for OL and away for ASM, is not such a bad operation.
