Real win against Panathinaikos in Euroleague, Milan still unbeaten
Real made the difference from the start of the meeting (30-18 after ten minutes) and then managed their advance. Faced with an inferior opponent, the Spaniards did not have to force their talents. Not always very rigorous in defense, they showed great ease offensive.
Thomas Heurtel multiplied the gift passes inside the racket and Walter Tavares (17 points) and Guerschon Yabusele (14 points) had a blast. The Frenchman was also widely applauded when he left. Faced with resigned Greeks, the Madrilenians ended the match in force (26-15 in the last quarter).
Milan still invincible
Like Barça, Milan retain their invincibility. The Italians beat Efes Istanbul (75-71). Leading with a comfortable lead at the end of the first quarter, the Milanese relaxed their effort in the last ten minutes. Despite this little final fear, Milan won. In the Turkish ranks, Adrien Moerman scored 12 points.
CSKA followed up with a third consecutive victory, against the Red Star of Belgrade (78-76). Still tied at the end of the third quarter (57-57), the Russians took the advantage at the very end of the match.
Kaunas flow
Finally, Olympiakos beat Kaunas (83-68). After a completely missed first quarter (12-23), the Greeks returned to the game and won for the third time this season. Moustapha Fall scored only 4 points in 21 minutes of play.
For their part, the Lithuanians concede a fourth defeat in as many games. For the 5th day of Euroleague (October 21), they will face Alba Berlin, the other team lacking victory since the start of the season.
