“Red” zone
On October 15, the “red” zone of adaptive quarantine began to operate in the Kherson region. This entails a number of limitations.
Cinemas, cafes, markets and mass events are prohibited in the “red” zone. The message is not amplified if all visitors and personal vaccinators are from COVID-19.
Educational institutions with less than 100% of vaccinated staff cannot work in the same format, so they must switch to teleworking. This does not apply to kindergartens and grades 1-4.
On October 21, residential “red” areas will not be able to use buses, visitors and planes to visit regions without documents on vaccination, negative coronavirus testing or certificates of refusal of COVID.
“Orange” zone
