Solving the last quiz
In the last quiz you had knowledge of Na Rejdišti street. It can be found in Prague 1 and connects Alšovo nábřeží and 17. listopadu Street. The southern part consists of the Rudolfinum building, where the Czech Philharmonic is located, and the northern part consists of the Prague Conservatory building with the Na Rejdišti Theater.
Street Na Rejdišti
Originally, the whole locality by the Vltava was called Na Rejdišti, when in 1660 a town riding school was built here near the house on Alšov nábřeží 2.
The street as such has been called Na Rejdišti since 1919.

In the Na Rejdišti locality, which was not yet a street as I know it today, there was an old town executioner’s house and the well-known executioner Mydlář lived in it.
