Toulouse. The 13th edition of Toulouse Polars du Sud has kept all its promises.
With more than 10,000 visitors and 20% more book sales, it’s a very nice
13th Toulouse Polars du Sud festival. This return to almost normal wealth proves the loyalty of readers and the presence of the event on the literary and cultural scene.
The public was there for the dedications and meetings outside the walls
during the week and during round tables all weekend. On more than 70 sites in the region, around a hundred meetings, debates, exhibitions and film shows won a large audience.
More than 350 people once again took part in the Rallye-survey in the streets of Toulouse. The Muséum’s giant Cluedo, murder party sessions and children’s workshops were sold out.
This privileged moment allowed a warm reunion between reader and authors but also between authors, happy to find the way back to festivals.
